Ukrainian week 2025

Ukrainian Week 2025 is fast approaching. Сonservatives and activists from Ukraine are already actively working on the Ukrainian Week 2025, which will take place in February in Washington, D.C.

Ukrainian Week 2025: How Preparations are Progressing

A delegation from Ukraine, including Yana Matviychuk, visited New York and Washington as part of the preparations for Ukrainian Week 2025. The visit also aimed to strengthen ties between Ukraine and the Republicans.

The delegates attended closed meetings with congressmen, communicated with Americans, and held a private meeting at The Heritage Foundation — an American strategic research institute engaged in various public policy issues.

Yana Matviychuk met with congressmen, senators, and ordinary Americans during the visit. It became apparent that some Americans had forgotten about the war in Ukraine. They asked, “Has the war in Ukraine ended yet?” Some segments of the American population are completely unaware of the current state of affairs in Ukraine. Ukraine is rarely mentioned in the media, and events are seldom covered on TV. Ordinary citizens are more concerned about internal issues in the U.S. than about the war in Ukraine. This is the harsh reality.
Ukrainian Week 2025 is an opportunity for Ukraine to remind Americans that helping Ukraine is, first and foremost, a contribution to global stability and the fight against authoritarian regimes and the axis of evil. The war is in full swing, and many countries are already indirectly involved. For instance, North Korea has sent its troops to fight against Ukraine on Russia’s side.

Ukrainian Conservatives Unite

Ukrainian Week 2025 in Washington will not only advocate for Ukraine but also promote the message to Americans that Ukraine is a conservative country. This is true, but it is not widely known in the U.S.

Ukraine shares many values with U.S. Republicans—we uphold the same principles. To communicate this to U.S. elites, Ukrainian conservatives have united into a single movement. This is also one of the steps in preparing for Ukrainian Week 2025.

In December 2024, a large-scale Conservative Forum will be held in Kyiv, bringing together conservatives and people with conservative views.
A delegation from the U.S. will attend the Forum. During the event, we will discuss the importance of implementing a free-market economy, deregulation, reducing the state apparatus and public expenditures, the value of life, individualism, and cooperation between Ukraine and the U.S.

Ukrainian Week 2025 will take place in February. Preparations are already underway. Many more visits, business meetings, and events lie ahead…

Ukraine and the U.S. share a common mission—to combat the collective Evil that threatens Christians worldwide.
To stand strong, we must unite!
